No DeFi protocol integration. No on-chain signal. That silence is telling. It reveals a deeper truth: the largest consumer electronics company in the world chose a regulated BNPL provider over a decentralized alternative. The message is clear—traditional finance still owns the rails, and crypto is not even in the room.

Context: The Deal in Plain Sight
